All products supplied by Ascend Aminos are for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption of any kind.

What you are confirming

By ordering you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You are acquiring the material solely for in-vitro laboratory research.
  • You are qualified by training and experience to handle research chemicals, and you have the facilities to do so safely.
  • You will not administer the material to humans or animals, and will not permit anyone else to.
  • You will not resell, repackage or supply the material to anyone for human or veterinary use.
  • You will store, handle and dispose of the material in accordance with the guidance we publish and any regulation that applies where you are.

What we are, and are not

Ascend Aminos is a chemical supplier. It is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility under section 503B. We are not a pharmacy, we do not hold a pharmacy licence, and we do not dispense medicine.

Your legal responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that your purchase, possession, import and use of this material is lawful where you are. Regulation differs between countries and between US states, and it changes. We cannot advise you on your position and nothing here is legal advice.

If a shipment is seized, delayed or destroyed by customs or any other authority, that is at your risk and no refund is due.

Handling and disposal

Treat everything we supply as an uncharacterised laboratory chemical. Use appropriate personal protective equipment, work in suitable facilities, and dispose of unused material and packaging in line with your local requirements. If you breach this agreement

We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, where we believe the material is being acquired for use outside laboratory research. If you use it outside that purpose, or supply it to anyone who does, you accept responsibility for the consequences and agree to cover the cost to us of any resulting claim.
