All orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in plain, tamper-evident packaging. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents or the supplier.

Rates and destinations

Orders over $60 — free shipping. Applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Orders under $60 — $8.95 flat, tracked.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico — $12.95 flat, free over $60. Carrier rates to these destinations are higher.
United States only. We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and do not ship elsewhere. If your address falls outside that region, no shipping method will be offered at checkout.

Rates are calculated on the cart subtotal before any discount. Shipping is not taxed.

Dispatch times

In-stock orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the following business morning.

Carriage and tracking

Orders ship tracked. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is generated. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Packaging and stability

Compounds ship as a lyophilised powder, sealed under nitrogen in amber borosilicate vials with a tamper-evident aluminium crimp. Material is shelf-stable at ambient temperature in transit, so a delayed parcel is not a compromised one. No cold chain is required for delivery.

Receiving your order

Inspect the outer packaging on arrival. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day. Store sealed vials at minus twenty degrees Celsius, protected from light, for long-term stability.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows no movement for five business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier and resolve it with you.

Delivery addresses

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it carefully; we cannot reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they may lawfully receive research chemicals at their delivery address.
